Plinth features on BBC’s Dragons’ Den – website gets over 6,000 visitors in a day!

In February I had a call from a researcher at the BBC saying they had just seen an article about my product, and thought is would be perfect for Dragons’ Den. I was very reticent – I’m not keen on cameras and ‘blowing my own trumpet’.

However, all my friends persuaded me that it was an opportunity not be missed, so I bit the bullet and agreed to do it.

Last night the show was broadcast, which we watched from a tiny cottage in Ireland, where we are on holiday at the moment. It was incredible – we had over 6,000 visitors to the website JUST LAST NIGHT (!) and sold over 2,000 Plinths! Today the orders continue to come in thick and fast.

It was probably a good decision.
